A waterfront home with a roof visible from every deck and window. The owners wanted more than a dry building — they wanted a roof that looked finished. We installed a 2-ply SBS torch-on system with a blue granulated cap sheet, custom-bent metal flashings and liquid-applied detailing at every transition.
